Do you ever go to large conferences and walk away thinking, “Man, I just wish I had more time to reflect and process with some of the folks I made friends with”?

We do too.

Which is why we started The Essential Church Learning Community (ECLC). Rather than hosting a large conference with big name speakers and lots of activity (we do love large conferences, mind you!), we wanted to create a more intimate and relational environment for like-minded and like-hearted pastors and leaders to gather and wrestle together with the challenges of ministry.

Twice a year we gather on the campus of New Life Church in sunny Colorado Springs for two days of robust discussion. Sessions involve a short presentation followed by table and large-group conversation centered on participants’ experiences and recommended best practices.

Join us for our two sessions in 2023: February 21-22 and September 19-20 at New Life Church in Colorado Springs, CO. This February we will have conversations around the topic of Healthy Church with special guest Katelyn Beaty, author of Celebrities for Jesus.

You can register per session (February/September) or for both. Registration includes all meals and resources. Join us!
