We do too.

Which is why we started The Essential Church Learning Community (ECLC). Rather than hosting a large conference with big name speakers and lots of activity (we do love large conferences, mind you!), we wanted to create a more intimate and relational environment for like-minded and like-hearted pastors and leaders to gather and wrestle together with the challenges of ministry.

Each year we gather on the campus of New Life Church in sunny Colorado Springs for two days of robust discussion. Sessions involve a short presentation followed by table and large-group conversation centered on participants’ experiences and recommended best practices.

Join us September 24-25, 2024 at New Life Church in Colorado Springs, CO. where we will have conversations around the topic of Building Great Teams. We’ll talk about the basics of healthy staff culture, recruiting and developing talent, leading through conflict, and more. This will be a great ECLC for you to bring your entire staff team to.
